For clients working on habit-building, we might even break it into daily 10-minute check-ins to ensure you stay on track. At the end of each quarter, a full-hour session might be used to discuss strategy and big-picture goals. Your coach will work with you to determine the best cadence of calls based on your individual needs, whether it's weekly, bi-weekly, or another arrangement that suits you.
