This role requires a valid clinical license (Matrícula) and a completed Licenciatura in Psychology. Students and non-clinicians will not be considered.

The Role

Clinical Psychologist Accountability Coach

‍You will work one-on-one with your own roster of entrepreneurs, creatives and execs supporting them as a dedicated accountability coach.

Your work will primarily consist of client consultations (via audio/phone NOT video) in which you will conduct a detailed check in and planning methodology for our client's goals and schedule. You will become a master of entrepreneurial psychology and optimizing productivity.

Why we need Clinical Psychologists 

We support our entrepreneur clients with strategic coaching of the "good-to-great" variety. We're hiring psychologists because we use evidence-based CBT and Motivational Interviewing techniques to help our clients. We need your clinical brain, but applied to high performance coaching rather than therapy.

We've found through a decade of experience that psychologists are intrinsically motivated to deeply understand and emphasize with their clients.

We've also learned that the clinical psychology skillset translates directly to this work: You will have an advantage in helping our clients, unlocking breakthroughs and growth in their lives (and businesses!) easier and faster than other coaches. This role will give you opportunity to use ALL your soft skills and instincts developed in your career so far.

What You'll Do

• 20 Minute Sessions: Apply psychological principles to hold powerful weekly coaching sessions with US Based entrepreneurs.
• Implement behavioral change techniques to help clients overcome execution barriers and productivity challenges
• Utilize your psychological training to identify cognitive biases, motivational issues, and behavioral patterns affecting client performance
• Collaborate one-on-one to optimize clients' task prioritization using psychological frameworks for decision-making
• Build genuine therapeutic-style rapport with diverse founders and executives (you're a trusted partner, not "just support")
• Apply behavior modification strategies through strategic follow-up communications and reinforcement
• Maintain consistent client engagement using principles of habit formation and commitment psychology

Detailed, in depth training in Commit Action’s proprietary methodology is provided—think of it as a PhD in Productivity Coaching. We make expert coaches out of people who bring the right potential to the job!

What We Offer

Compensation

• Salary: USD $1,200–$1,800, paid in USD (your choice)
• Performance bonuses tied to KPIs to increase your earnings from base rate.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, or higher/equivalent
• Strong understanding of cognitive-behavioral principles, motivation theory, and habit formation
• Native/bi-lingual level (C2) English with neutral accent (audio sample required)
• Reliable technology setup: desktop/laptop, >50Mbps internet, consistent connection, noise-cancelling headset, quiet workspace
• Availability during U.S. business hours (typically 9 am–5 pm EST)
• Experience applying psychological principles in therapeutic, coaching, counseling, or organizational settings
